- Rogue Amoeba quits the iPhone too
Airfoil Speakers Touch 1.0.1 sat in Limbo for 3.5 months as Apple decided on the whim to not allow Rogue Amoeba to stream the image of the user’s computer type and application to the iPhone.
The chorus of disenchanted developers is growing and we’re adding our voices as well. Rogue Amoeba no longer has any plans for additional iPhone applications, and updates to our existing iPhone applications will likely be rare. The iPhone platform had great promise, but that promise is not enough, so we’re focusing on the Mac.
When I said I had sleepless nights about Apple on the whim fucking my business over this is what exactly the type of thing I had in mind.
